  10. LHA because it results in the most compact files.

  12. RULES FOR POSTING ON BBSs: Each file must be posted intact and "as is"
  13. including the LHARC telop which appears after the filename is typed.

  16. all possible, keep the files intact and in their present compressed form,
  17. complete with the telop which appears after the filename is typed.  If it is
  18. your policy to re-compress by another method or to supply files in uncompressed
  19. form, be sure to provide clear instructions so the new user will understand
  20. what he or she is to do first, i.e.: the telop for AFONT4.EXE instructs the
  21. user to type the word README and press the Enter key.  On the other hand, the
  22. MFSW-1.EXE telop instructs the user to type the words "TYPE README.1ST."
